Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return, exchange, or get a refund, please follow our policy:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, free of damages.
  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the order ship date or purchase date (in-store).
  • To return or exchange, visit the Navigator Spirit Store on campus with the item in its original packaging, your shipping confirmation email (printed or on mobile device), or the original credit card used for the purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility, and the school’s online store is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card used). While we process returns within 5 business days, card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

Sale Items:

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
