Shipping policy

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically picked and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped via ground or next-day delivery within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via the U.S. Postal Service, but this may cause delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling rates are automatically calculated through USPS or UPS. Please refer to the shipping section for detailed information.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be included in all order status email updates for both guests and registered customers.

International Shipping: We do not offer shipping outside the continental United States.
